Kaybe find the axe that Vile is looking for, but its location is far from Vile's shrine. Much closer is the town of Markarth, where an assassin job is waiting for our hero. It isn't long after arriving that Kaybe gets wound up in a conspiracy in a place with small enough population that conspiracy should theoretically be impossible.
