Anything you guys download from a Music Monday video is royalty free, no permission required - you can use them in projects of your own design! However, I do have two terms that use of the music requires: don't redistribute the individual music tracks, and NEVER upload a work using these tracks to Youtube's Content ID. Youtube's Content ID is frequently used for fraud, accidental or otherwise, by claiming royalty free music, so use of Monday Music downloads in a product uploaded to Content ID is hereby a violation of terms of use and is thereby illegal (use of Content ID is a willful action, so if you don't know what Content ID is or how it works, you don't need to worry).
