So I know right off that this subject will ruffle some feathers, but it's gotten popular around the internet and I have a friend who considers himself an "authority" on the subject of gender development. He and I fight sometimes.

Those of you who follow all our videos might notice there's a bit of a theme this week! We've covered over-reliance on authority, in Soul Reaver 2, the Mentally Advance series made jokes about case studies and social sciences, and now this video will sum up some issues regarding psychological models!

My stance isn't one where I'm trying to get anyone rallied behind a cause. Rather, I'm trying to promote an understanding of the entire transgender issue. It has both a medical side, wherein we are concerned with how to approach the issue of ambiguous gender, and also a more ideological side. I could write a lengthy essay on the subject, but the bottom line is, we know very little that we can prove in regards to this sort of thing!
