I went to see the last of "The Hobbit" trilogy. It was probably 3/4 fight scene and the writing aside from that wasn't too impressive. All things considered, I feel like the movies really missed the point of the book. There were positive aspects of this thing and it wasn't a terrible movie, really, but I felt like it wasn't that good, either. Not to mention, there was a ton of filler in this movie where basically nothing happened, and yet there were still a ton of unresolved plot holes when characters or important items simply went off screen and vanished.
