Youtube has been completely irresponsible in the way it handles copyright and account terminations for years now, and for many of us using the site, disputing fraudulent claims has become a routine issue. However, copyright laws in the US are a disaster on their own, so I thought I'd do a segment on what fair use is, how it relates to the platform, and how exactly Youtube fails to meet its obligations to ordinary users on every front, whether it be from protecting their IP to deleting their channels in bad faith.
