If you're wondering why we're behind on Allen Hour and Personal Time this week, this half-hour chronicle of conflict and Pokemon is the answer! On the 5th of October, we and our friends got together to hold a sort of tournament using old, generation I Pokemon games. Festivities included pizza and interviews, as well as a lot of shouting at people in silly voices while back-seat driving everyone's Pokemon training decisions.

I wear a fancy suit and narrate over the battles, which have been heavily edited to make them more fun to watch. There is a drawback in the fact that we had to record the TV with the camera, but on the bright side we established a stable set-up and the footage is HD, so while the visual quality isn't at the most superb level, it does hold still and you can easily make out what's going on.

Being an adult doesn't even mean you have to stop being childish. It just means taking childishness to an adult level.
