Please help to save Bailey, a Chihuahua mix who was adopted by my brother and his girlfriend this year. Bailey has "Perthes Disease" and is currently on meds to help cope with her agonizing pain.  She will need to undergo surgery, followed with physical therapy. My brother's family has gone through so much this past year and could really use your help.
