Yea so about this Duik thing
Download it here : http://ik.duduf.com/
To install it you have to put :
"Duik.jsx" into : Adobe After Effects / Scripts / ScriptsUI Panels
The "Duik Icons" folder into : Adobe After Effects / Scripts
Don't forget to restart After Effects and I guess it should work.
