really feels like a lot, even though it probably isnt. i'm happy. very happy.

Took me a really lot of time but it's finally all made to my liking.
So the song is basically created because i've been watching too much adventure time lately and I was jamming while watching an episode with marceline when i stumbled upon a harmonic minor key, which is perfectly suited for a song about her. So i started working it out. Basic chord shapes and arpeggiated strings and stuff were easy to model (knowledge of theory makes things so much easier, i can't stress this enough for people new to music creating), the musicbox intro was mainly because i just found that plugin and it's awesome for something like this. My main problem was finding a proper effects chain and melody for the lead. That's why I decided to keep the lead to the choruses and the bridge. Some other effected guitars were added to spice up the verses and pre-choruses. Also because marceline is a bassplayer I tried to make some interesting bass lines. Turned out pretty well IMO.
