Here's how I follow this fad:

First I do what happens in Hermit's video, replace the scream and word after "It was," then I referenced an old fad, then YTPMV'd a song with the source, ending up with a random tidbit.

I think that's the cool way to do this fad. Of course, if this method is how the fad will work, lol.
