I change about render before from 480p into 360p because decrease those lag and freeze sometime. Yup, could tell his spec notebook isn't best for this game :P

Note : About screen is fix by my brother. Why I didn't tell him before render :P

Change Gameplay to better then New Vegas

Action In Third Person mode (If small room or behind at cover to shot enemy will change in First Person Mode)
Normal Difficulty (Why I don't play harder? well, I death with one shot from them better play balance difficulty to safe my self)
Fast Travel : Yes
