In fact, I had a vision to made that track in the same time that Sunrise Above Equestria. When I saw that Noben Luna I knew I must do the track. But long I can't make it. I was lack of inspiration and I don't want to made something weak, because Luna is best princess. So I waited... Until today.

So this time you'll see Princess Luna on the Canterlot's Palace balcony. She is focus to cover the Sun and raise the beautiful Moon. But the night must be perfect. Luna is an artist.
