00:00:01.180 --> 00:00:05.919
Here’s a simple and easy Source Filmmaker
Quickie that will make your animating time a little easier.

00:00:05.919 --> 00:00:10.970
You probably know that tiny particle editor
window you can neither maximize nor resize

00:00:10.970 --> 00:00:15.380
but there’s still a way to finally get that
tiny window to nearly the size of your screen.

00:00:15.380 --> 00:00:18.440
First of all make sure that you’re on the
main screen and press F11

00:00:18.440 --> 00:00:21.360
to open up the Team Fortress 2 game window.

00:00:21.369 --> 00:00:25.110
Move around a little to get to the real spawn
point on the map.

00:00:25.110 --> 00:00:30.080
Now press the Escape key on your keyboard
and choose “Options”. Once done switch

00:00:30.080 --> 00:00:32.880
over to the “Video” tab.

00:00:32.880 --> 00:00:36.940
Now you can see that the resolution option only shows a 720p setting.

00:00:36.940 --> 00:00:41.370
Open the dropdown menu and choose a resolution
that’s tinier than your real screen resolution

00:00:41.370 --> 00:00:43.500
or else the window will be too big.

00:00:43.500 --> 00:00:47.820
Once you’ve done that simply click on "Apply"
or "OK" and you’ll notice an immediate size

00:00:47.820 --> 00:00:49.660
change of the game window.

00:00:49.660 --> 00:00:53.320
When we now go back to the Particle Editor
you’ll see that the Window is now filling

00:00:53.320 --> 00:00:58.700
most of your screen and you can finally edit
your stuff on a bigger and better work area.

00:00:59.829 --> 00:01:04.110
I hope you guys enjoyed this video! Tell me
in the comments if I should make more SFM

00:01:04.110 --> 00:01:09.460
Quickies and what I can or should improve
in future episodes. If you have your own SFM

00:01:09.460 --> 00:01:14.250
Quickie idea feel free to send me a message
on YouTube, Twitter or anywhere else and I’ll

00:01:14.250 --> 00:01:18.280
see what I can do! Links and contacts are
in the description.

00:01:18.280 --> 00:01:20.540
And as always, thanks for watching my videos!
