Differences with the final song:

- The second half of Rainbow Dash's section is sung differently, mimicking the first half of the section rather than going higher like in the final version.
- Applejack's section uses "special" instead of "different". I assume this was changed because it sounded repetitive.
- Pinkie's section is the most radically changed, with minor wording changes in the first two lines and the complete replacement of "That won't last forever" with "But even when it's over".
- The section where the Mane 6 sing together is a cappella in the final version, while in this version there are small bits of piano as the key changes. This is likely just for the sake of the piano demo rather than any actual artistic decision.
