After watching and re-watching the ending in Portal 2, I became more and more convinced that we weren't being directly shown what was really going on.  After thinking about and researching the topic, this video summarizes my ultimate conclusions.  I imagine that the stuff in here has all been said before, but I haven't seen it all summarized a form like this before.
