368 pre-clear photos taken, which isn't too bad for what is apparently the hardest card in this game.
Looking at other people's replays once I managed this, it seems like most people prefer to stay right at the bottom and zoom in to take the photos whilst I just tried flying up as close as possible. Both methods seem to work, although this one can take a bit longer since you need to wait for more openings.
