Short Story (SPOILERS):
Yes this is a new death of Pinkie.
She tries so hard and doesn’t want kill anymore, but the Dark Smile doesn’t like what she said.
When Junior was next Pinkie was cutting Junior’s Cutie Mark and stopped Than broke down in tears saying sorry. Dark Smile got angry and took Pinkie’s life away by taking the knife away from Pinkie and stab her in the back.
