When Twilight Sparkle finds herself at the Wellness Center after a breakdown, she begins to search her memories for truth and validity. But when she finds out that the other ponies there are all struggling to be released after being deemed insane she realizes that leaving may just be impossible. Just when she's at her lowest and is considering ending her own suffering an item from her past reappears and she is reminded that life is important and anything can happen!
