Nightmare moon asserts her role as leader of the Lunar Empire, ordering her "Soldiers of the night" to help her ease the populace into the desired state of mind. But when things seem darkest she accepts help from an unlikely ally and together they turn their attention towards their greatest enemy, Princess Celestia. But when all is said and done did Nightmare moon really accomplish what she set out to do?
