Videos like this have been going around lately so I thought I'd take a stab at it. Here's a MIDI portrait of Twilight! Here's the reference picture I used: http://i.imgur.com/QikVqCU.png

If you're confused, let me explain what's going on. Each of the green rectangles you see represents a note that the piano is playing, a lot like a music box. Each row of the grid represents a different key of the piano. The goal of this is to compose a melody for the piano to play that both sounds good AND looks like something. It's really tricky! This is my first attempt at it. I might try to do more, I might not. Hope you find it interesting!
