I'm so glad to be producing music again. This is a collab with Layl Bongers, a super cool friend of mine who created the skeleton of the song & inspired me to get back into music production. Go follow them on twitter! https://twitter.com/BrainDemons This is a super bouncy Happy Hardcore song with crunchy lead synths and lots of arpeggios, giving it somewhat of a chiptune vibe. I really wanted to make it sound catchy and satisfying to listen to, with spicy synths and complex melodies, channeling the pure excitement and euphoria of how it feels to have a best friend when you were a kid. Considering the circumstances right now, the world needs more happy good vibes. I hope maybe this song will help brighten someone's day who needed it. There are a few imperfections in this song still, but I spent 32 hours on this (and that's not even including Layl's work) - I had gotten to a point where I pretty much needed to kick it out the door or else I would go insane from my excitement to get it finished. Regardless I'm immensely proud of it, probably the best song I've worked on thus far. I'm especially happy with the synth solo. I also got some production and mastering advice from VooDoo and SubSonic, check out these nerds! Without them the kicks and bass wouldn't be anywhere near as bouncy and satisfying. https://www.youtube.com/user/LittleRockerDude96/videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT7-2A5kqLQbmzu7vZgSHdw The Silverstream vector used in the video and albumart is made by RainbowEevee-DA: https://www.deviantart.com/rainboweevee-da/art/Silverstream-MLP-vector-832235550?ga_submit_new=10%3A1583036696 And of course, free download available on Bandcamp: https://deltaryz.bandcamp.com/track/best-friends This song will also be going up on all music stores and streaming platforms sometime within the next couple days or so - look for me under the name "Deltaryz"!
