Eleanor faltered, absolutely stationary. Moving within her was the memories of a thousand pasts of a thousand forms.
"Am I a bad person?" she asks herself. Or perhaps she's asking another self.
"How many of them can I help?"
"How much can we all take?"
There's no answer from within. She doesn't trust her eyes, still blindfolded, and her heart does not reply back, save for the pang of guilt, suspended with nowhere to go.

The multitude of wasted shots of love swim within her doubtful mind, trying to take from her what she truly deserves. A single unblinking eye at the top of the spire of Eyeland desperately searches for the senseless mare.
"What should I do?" She asks, and the reply is one she is all too familiar with.
"Help them, love them."
"But how?"
"I think you know how. But first, you have to help yourself."
"And how do I even begin to help what I am right now, let alone forget all that which I used to be? All that which I might be again?"
"It's simple."
And then one word echoes throughout the blackened hallways of her romantic mind.
"Her."

She knows what she has to do. Taking the wheel of her ship, and spinning it around, the wind howls and blows, taking her sails away from the Island. As the thousand eyes of Eyeland stare at her, her mane blows in the wind, she wraps her foreleg around a mast and holds on for dear life. One day she would talk about what she had seen there, in the place she dared not talk about, to anypony, anyone. But today, the only thing on her mind is to escape with the love she had found and never look back, lest paranoia and jealousy overcome her once more.
