Also, I just realized that the frame I put on the Picture in picture have stuff on them. Derp... The reason I didn't put a frame on all of the PIPs is because the ones that I didn't are cropped, and Final Cut adds effects before cropping. Therefore the frame would have only been on one or two sides of the video, and that looked really awkward.
