Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the potatoes into quarters. Do not remove the skins. Place the potatoes in a plastic bag that won't leak (the store bag from the potatoes should be fine). Pour the olive oil into the bag with the potatoes. Shake and gently knead the potatoes through the bag until all pieces are thoroughly covered in olive oil. Spread the potatoes over the cookie sheet so their skin sides are down. Sprinkle salt and spice mix over the potatoes to taste. Place in the oven (middle rack) and bake for 30 minutes. Potatoes are done when the edges are nicely browned. Serve 'em up! DUSTYBURGERS Serves 4 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 egg 1 packet dried mushroom-onion soup mix 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash your hands. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand in a large bowl. Knead knead knead. Form into four meatblobs; smish into patties. Place patties on a broiler tray. Place the broiler tray on the top rack of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes (medium-rare) to 15 minutes (medium). Note the patties will not be as dark as all-meat patties because of the eggs and soup mix. Optionally add cheese slices 30 seconds before the end of the cook time. Best cheeses are medium cheddar, Swiss, provolone or muenster. Serve on good buns (no Wonder Bread!)
