Summer is here! So why don't we pull out the old grill, fix it up, shine it up and get to COOKING! Love to BBQ so I hope to regale you with a few recipes this summer so be on the look out. Marinate: 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup Olive Oil 2 Garlic cloves crushed 1 teaspoon Rosemary 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper Mix all ingredients, one back will marinate 2 pounds of London Broil. 1) Lightly score meat on both sides 2) Place meat and Marinate in resealable bag, squishing lightly. 3) Refrigerate minimum 4 hours and up to 24 hours. 4) Take meat out or the fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking to bring up to room temperature. 5) Cook with indirect heat 7-9 minutes per side. check with a meat thermometer. 125-135 degrees internal temp will give you a medium rare, 145-155 for medium. 6) You can let the steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting. Or just go to town! Potatos: 1 hour Russet Potatoes are best for this! 1) Poke holes in each potato with a fork. 2) Run down with Olive Oil 3) Coat with kosher salt or sea salt 4) Wrap in aluminum foil 5) Place on 375-400 degree grill for an hour, turning every 15-30 minutes Corn on the cob: Grill until done Soak in sink for 20-30 minutes Place on grill, rotating every 10-15 minutes. Done when your finger can pop a corn kernel. ENJOY!!!
