~IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ~ I know that it's been quite awhile since I last posted anything, so where exactly do I begin here? I've actually been pretty busy since I posted my Don't Mine at Night cover back in late November, so I want to dedicate a good sum of April to posting all of the projects I've been working on from December to March. This is the first one! And no, this is not an April Fool's joke... :P Several months ago, a fan of mine actually found me on Skype and requested that I help him with a little Christmas gift: he had written a poem for his girlfriend and asked if I would do the background music for him. I accepted without a second thought and came up with this! I hope that you all enjoy this first new song of mine and rest assured that there will be plenty more to come this month. Here are the words to his poem: I might be the only one that I know I am the hero that hasn't saved anyone I can name at least five people who say they love me And I can name at least three that I believe I might be one broken son of a bitch But that's not an excuse She is my memory, my memoir to alone She is my trophy wife, my truly at home I never really want to say our love is done You're unbelievable And when I say that I would do anything, I mean it You're so incredible I might be the only one that I know I am the hero that hasn't saved but one ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I will provide a download link for this within the week for those who would like one! Once again, just so we are clear, I DID NOT WRITE THIS POEM. All I did was read it out loud and compose the background music. "The Villain's Dashboard is Covered in Blood" was written by Kai Desu. Nice job with the poem, man. I hope your girlfriend loved her present :D With season five of MLP almost here, I will also be posting a new pony song within the next few days as well as an announcement video. Last big update for now: I'm going to be attending BABScon in San Francisco, California this April 3rd-5th. If you happen to be going there as well, be sure to come say hello to me if you see me playing in the halls! Hope to see you there. Enjoy the music, ~Dewie
