That's from the video game Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects.

I like to imagine a genius like Twilight fomenting silently an attack to prove she's the vilain noobody expected. I got the feeling in the Mean 6 episode that she could be a great vilain if she wanted to due to her outsantding intellect and magic abilities, specially because she manipulated Chrysalis and almost beat her in the magic fight if the tree of Harmony wasn't here to stop her.
