Does a filing cabinet provide protection against handgun or rifle bullet?  Tests conducted by the NYPD suggest that even an empty filing cabinet provides some protection against commonly available handgun rounds.  In this video, we are building upon that test and testing the effect of both rifle and handgun rounds on an empty and partially filled filing cabinet.
