At some point in the future this wonderful tv series will end. This song deals with after-effects of that finale as a brony takes a drive with a friend as they both try to cope with that end. With one foot in reality and one stuck in fantasy they are lost as to which way is which and where home really is. In the end, even death cannot take away these connections we have made. Vocals - AdamTh3Walker https://www.youtube.com/user/AdamTh3Walker (lyrics were recorded before The Hub's demise fyi) Guitars and Other Parts by Johnny Mare https://www.youtube.com/user/johnnymare Mixing and some additional elements by Freewave https://www.youtube.com/user/thefreewave/ “I hope you enjoy the third of hopefully 4 Maressey albums, now released on Bandcamp. https://maressey.bandcamp.com/album/the-brony-album As you should know Maressey is a Ponified Tribute to the Music of The Smiths. Without them creating the original tracks this tribute or the music contained would not be possible. Their exploration of loneliness, sex, gender, love, and loss I felt could be translated into our own fimfiction of these characters and comment on ourselves. This album deals less with our inspirations (ponies) and more with all the aspects of the brony fandom itself and the weird and wonderful stories we have to tell. I have to thank quite a few people who have made an idea 3+ years ago into a realized 20+ person group project. Thanks to the wonderful people below who have helped throughout this project. They are all such incredibly talented and wonderful musicians and they have made this project all possible. I hope that people continue to support this project and those many musicians and artists involved. Any proceeds we make will pay for continued free credits for others. ”~Freewave
