Okay I know you guys hate these things ... But I really need your help (If you can)

Basically I really need to have this tooth taken care of and since I have no dental insurance Its costing a lot. The Tooth IS infected and I am taking antibiotics to hold it off and hopefully  cure the infection but I really need your help. Thanks for considering!
