At long last, MLP is back! And we have a new song to go along with our latest episode!

The episode itself was... okay. Sassy Saddles was friggin' annoying throughout the whole episode. Everyone in the live-stream I was watching was yelling "SHUT UP!!!" Live-streams are fun haha. Anyways, the whole thing kinda felt like Suited For Success #2. Rarity wants to do her thing, but someone else is like "nah, you gotta do this instead". Also, why doesn't Rarity hire other ponies to work at her boutique? Have some ponies work on the dresses, others to talk to customers, etc.

The song also felt like Art of the Dress #2. But maybe the creators wanted to give us a familiar feel to the "opening" of Season 5 Part 2. I dunno, maybe I'm thinking about it too much. While this song isn't my favorite, it's pretty nice. I especially like the transitioning from the major key to the minor key, then back to major. The first reprise is also great because it deviates significantly from the original song.

Making this transcription was a little harder than expected, mainly due to the darn tempo changes. Those are my worst enemy. My transcription doesn't perfectly match up with the original song, but I did my best to stick with it.

Overall, it wasn't a bad way to kick off this season (well, half season). I'm certainly looking forward to the new episodes and songs we'll have. Hope you enjoyed this transcription!
