Another in the series of character themes, this time for another GmodMLP OC called Caesius.  A cyberpony scientist and the head of the Trust for the Harmonic Experimentation Movement (T.H.E.M).

I tried to make the song deliberate and methodical with a neutral tone.  I don't think it turned out quite as I wanted it to be, but it still sounds pretty good and somewhat related to him.
