Heya Dudes!

This was the first pass for the song first flight, and it was was a lot of fun to work on!

like the last song, Spirit (Jourdana) sends me a sample of the melody that she sings, and then I brush it up and work a little instrumental around it.

this was a real tonal change from Trust in me child, where instead of creating a sense of danger, it was creating a sense of wonder.

as you may have guessed, there was a lot of inspiration from Alan Menken on this one, especially with the little harp intro.

A lot of the time when I do these demos I add in a little voice acting bit to help set the stage and mood of what Im going for, it helps me out a lot!  do you guys ever do this? lemme know in the comment section!
