Michelle Creber in a tap performance at age 9 in 2009. (She's in the orange pants, pink top & blue wig on the left) Watch her pants closely starting at :14 and then the wig starts falling at :42. Luckily, Michelle had a ballet dance number right after this one and already had her pink tights under her orange pants! She leaves the stage for a moment but returns with all the same problems and more. In true Michelle style - the show must go on!

The backstory: Michelle had a particularly busy day, rushing between a long Annie rehearsal (playing Annie) and a dance recital, then back to Annie. She ended up missing the "dress" rehearsal for the recital which would have revealed that the tap pants they provided her were much too big. Within seconds of her entrance on stage, the pants started to fall (followed by the wig) and the whole song became a comedy number with the audience in stitches while Michelle tried to keep her costume together. Many people in the audience thought the wardrobe malfunction was part of the act; a clever bit of choreography!
