Took one of the creepy Sweetie Belle talking toys and modified to say lines from Friendship is Witchcraft videos by Sherclop Pones.  Now she talks like Sweetie Bot!

Bought the parts from Sparkfun and Radio Shack.  Best use of a B.S.E.E. EVER.
