Transfering a bunch of existing animation cycles for the normal sized ponies and applying them to filly models. This has to be done bone to bone at a time and then making them .dmx files so that you guys will be able to use them too. This is what happens when you decide to check out how it's looking half way through without applying the legs. I think she's doing the worm. XD
