EDIT: She never existed apparently. I just read his Deviantart post and apparently it was all a rouse. He was lied to. Some sociopath messed with him. Now I'm thinking of just deleting this model.
This is not much, but I tried some hexing in Garry's Mod and made a Pony Ragdoll of her. She starts out with wings spawned. With Bodygroup Changer, you can give her a horn and remove the wings.
Bodygroup 1 sub group 1 gives her a horn. Bodygroup 3 sub group 2 removes the wings. If you want, you can give her a scarf with Bodygroup 2 sub group 1. although it just has the Gmod symbol, but I can edit it to what you want and update the link for her download.
