I really wanted to get this one right and I spent a ton of time working on what has become one of my favorite originals!

Ever since season 1, I have been a big fan of Rainbow Dash and wanted to see the day she finally makes the Wonderbolts. “Newbie Dash” seemingly came out of nowhere, and I wrote this song while I was watching the episode. When Spitfire and Rainbow Dash recited the Wonderbolts’ motto, “Altius Volantis – Soaring Higher”, I knew I had my song.

Just like Rainbow Dash, I can’t wait to show my stuff by performing this at a Con!
