This is for a competition called Artcon on the Random Encounters Amino. Im actually really proud of this piece, especially with the shading, its a style I have never tried before. Buuuuuut as it turns out, the theme was musicals from 2018, so this is invalid since the Eevee song came out in 2016 or 2017.
