MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY WISHDAY! The jolliest time of the year is finally here and we're so excited to be celebrating this holly jolly festival with everypony once again! This day has always been filled with cheering and laughter, music and bell chimes, presents and decorations, and so much more. Normally, we would also be preparing something gigantic for everyone as this time of the year approaches, but it's slightly different this year, in a rather unexpected way. As I was filled with ecstasy and ready to enjoy my 3-week Christmas holiday, I was unfortunately locked in a situation where I was struggling with tackling health issues that almost occupied the entirety of the first week. I was extremely tired and didn't even have the motivation to work during these times, but thankfully my friends on Instagram and other social media platforms, as well as those next to me in real life showed a lot of support to me and enabled me to finally overcome arguably one of the greatest stumbling blocks in my life. Now, we're back to music making. Despite not having much time to create an authentic song for everyone, I still tried to combine several well-known Christmas carols and arrange them into an electronic piece of music. I also added a little bit of original lyrics for authenticity. It's not much, but it'll surely satisfy you. "It's Christmas, Baby" is a Christmas carol mash-up inspired by the groovy and danceable vibes of future bounce, one of the subgenres of future house. The elegant chimes of sleigh bells and tubular bells will definitely give you a realistic immersion of being in a winter city full of Christmas vibes and nostalgic memories. However, its blend with electronic genres also renders this song groovy and you may find yourself dancing to the beat when listening to this mix. Overall, I was very impressed by the result and I hope you feel the same as well. Happy holidays and we'll see you in 2023!
