The story of this MV revolves around both Ben Solo and Armitage Hux's "turn to the dark side." Both struggle with their fathers, ultimately leading to Ben accepting his destiny of becoming Kylo Ren and Hux facing his destiny of becoming a general in the war. The two eventually meet and a forbidden love affair ensues. They are torn apart by war and duty, but the love is still there. Unfortunately, their lives don't turn out how they always wished, with Hux's life's work being destroyed and Ren bested by the jedi he was supposed to be.
