"Sensations" is a ponified trance song dedicated to the feelings of wonder and mystery that encapsulated early 2000's trance music. It's a long coming send up to the legendary trance parties held by teams like ID&T, TMF, and all the other giants that helped mold the genre into the powerhouse it's become today! I also wanted to write an opening track that set the theme for the rest of the record, by taking the viewer back to a moment in my timeline, that captured my intrigue in ways VERY comparable to how early pony music did, in my introduction to the fandom so long ago!
