➤In this video. I will be showing you all the new cosmetics released in the Scream Fortress XI 2019 update. The update includes new cosmetics, maps, unusual hat and taunt effects. This video only covers the new cosmetic. Due to the unusual effects were inaccessible to me. I used "itemtest" to load the new cosmetics.
