This started out as a rather crappy toastbeard entry and I polished + finished it cuz I really wanted to see how far I can go with this.

The idea spawned after Cupcakes 2 was made. It was just like Cupcakes - twisted and GOREY with little scare factor.

Fun fact: Half of the melody is derived from the music played in the scene when Pinkie's hair deflates. This was true for Psychotic Cupcakes also.
