This is what happened when I tuned the sequence to a 720p resolution, but the video was still adjusted for 480p. Suddenly you can see all the zooms and pans! I thought it was kinda neat. Particularly the train sequence at 1:46.

(The first bit is cut off only because there was no panning or zooming and it was rather pointless to include it. Also, because of the codec I used quickly exporting this thing, there are some moments where half of a frame I didn't want to include sort of pops in, so you may notice one-frame scene changes or odd mouth movements.)
