Hello again dear listeners, I’m here today with a song from our album “Paper Boats” that fits the state of everything surprisingly well. Once in 2015 during mindless internet surfing I came across a very nice poem that resonated with my feelings very well. I immediately wrote a message to the author and asked her for a permission to use this as song lyrics, and luckily she gave her permission. And we made it into a song about the darkest time of the year, when the dark spirits come out and the cold winds blow and you feel like it will never end. The longest night is the scariest, but it brings hope because in this night the new sun is born and soon it will grow strong enough to scare the dark spirits away... but then the circle will start again. Princess Luna knows everything about the darkness and how important the hope is. That’s why she is here to bring peace to minds of those who were affected by this time of victorious Samhain. The original poem has a second part which I also made into a song. You’ll hear it on our next album we’re working at. Both of the poems can be found here https://stihi.ru/2015/10/14/747 Full album is here: https://smarturl.it/ILLUMNATIONPB Irina Guschareva — lyrics Velvet R.
