Man, I'm so glad the wait is over. Today, the results of the PMV Today Contest at BronyCon were announced. And dear-mother-of-flying-to-the-castle-Celestia, I can't believe I got a first place. Seriously, my first PMV! Thanks so much, I really can't thank you guys enough, even if only a few judges actually judged it. After looking at all the awesome contest entries, I can't help but feel a bit out of place...
But I hope everyone had a good time at BronyCon! I couldn't make it, but I look forward to seeing the con's highlights.

I worked on this PMV for only about a month, and was limited so because I had just gotten out of school (summer is a beautiful thing, isn't it?). Summer started in semi-early June, giving me only about a month to work on a PMV to submit by the deadline for the contest (July 5). I had heard of the contest earlier; in fact, much earlier, sometime shortly after it was announced. But because I was still in the midst of school, finals, and an AP exam (I got a 5 on it!), I had absolutely no hope of making something. Plus, I had always tried to make a PMV and I never made it. Once summer kicked in, I thought about it. And I'm glad I worked so hard to make it happen. This is an early and significant milestone for me, still a student, in more ways than one. So thanks guys, and here's to much more insanity!
