This giant, ancient LED sign runs on DOS (yes, DOS) and it was NEVER meant to be subjected to poni like this.
I hand-sprited every frame of this, as a short test of what the sign is capable of. With 128x48 pixels, and only 3 levels of brightness to choose from...not much. But enough.
