I decided to make this piece follow a story. Twilight has an important message to tell everyone. But they just won't listen. She frantically tries to be heard, but it's too late. The Brass Cannons fire and wipe out all of ponykind. As the cannons rumble, firing in the distance, a recording Twilight made plays back over and over, still pleading to be heard...but it's too late.
