HE'S FINALLY HERE! (Read all about him in this description) 
I've been leaking stuff about Hazard for a long time! Too long, honestly! So here he finally is! I had a hard time coming up with his character design but I'm really happy with how he turned out. 

SO MILES, TELL US ABOUT HIM ALREADY!?
So Hazard is a stallion of mystery, part Kirin, part unicorn, part pegasus, he's a mix of all three and was created in a lab to be the ultimate trifecta. 
Unfortunately when his creation was complete there were some severe complications. Not only was he always thin, could barely gain weight and was often deathly sick, but he experienced horrible migraines and couldn't seem to stand the sight of blood. 

A few weeks after he entered the world everything began to make sense and it was discovered that he had the ability to control blood, a power called Hemokenisis. However his abilities only allowed him to control his own toxic blood and not that of others, leading to his weakened state.
To those who created him he was both a partial success and a partial failure and the project that brought him to life was disbanded, leaving him without a home, without a purpose and without a reason for existing in a world where there was no one like him. 

His wings are made up of nothing but his own toxic blood, which is why they're such an eerie hue. Despite being pretty to look at they only give him the ability to fly short distances before he needs to return the blood to his system and rest. 

Behind the name:
Biohazard: Meaning
A risk to health or the environment arising from biological work, especially with microorganisms.

Since Bio Hazard’s blood is toxic he poses a threat to anyone and everyone. Thus, the lab staff gave him that name when they had no further use for him.
